PLEASE REVIEW ALL POLICIES CAREFULLY. ALL POLICIES ARE STRICTLY FOLLOWED TO ENSURE THE BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR EACH AND EVERY CLIENT.

2 Important items are needed from every client to secure any appointment:

1. Non-Refundable Booking Fee

2. Completion of Scheduling Agreement

  • A non-refundable booking fee of $100 is required for scheduling all initial permanent brow services. This booking fee is required in order to hold your appointment. Your appointment time is not secured until this booking fee is received. This fee will be applied to the full amount for the service you have chosen. Other services offered will require a booking fee depending on the cost of the service. One reschedule is permitted before a new booking fee will be required to book a new appointment. The same terms in this section apply to all booking fees.

  • After you have successfully booked your appointment, you will be emailed a Scheduling Agreement for permanent brows. This agreement MUST be filled out and submitted within 24 hours of booking your appointment. Your appointment will NOT be finalized in our system until this is complete. Please be sure to email with any questions you may have about this agreement, how to prepare for your appointment, or our policies.

  • Please email or text a well lit forward facing photo of your face with no brow makeup when scheduling your appointment.

  • Be sure to advise of any allergies, medical conditions, prior permanent eyebrow makeup or prescriptions you take prior to your appointment.

  • Please understand that no guests, family, friends, children, or pets are allowed during the appointment due to the precision and attention required for the procedure. This is also for safety, sanitation, and insurance purposes.

  • A TouchUp will be required after your initial permanent brow appointment for optimal results and will be scheduled with you at your first appointment within 6-10 weeks from your initial appointment. Your brows are not finished until this TouchUp is complete. This TouchUp will be complimentary and included in the fee for your initial appointment ONLY if you complete the touchup prior to the 10 week mark. If you cancel, need to reschedule, or do not complete the complimentary 6-10 week TouchUp within this defined timeframe for ANY reason, standard TouchUp fees WILL apply

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly do so at least 48 hours before the appointment time. If you cancel, reschedule, or no call/no show your appointment within the 48 hour window, your booking fee will be forfeited. An additional booking fee will then be required to reschedule.

  • For Appointments that do not require a booking fee, If you cancel, reschedule or no call/no show your appointment within the 48 hour window, there will be a cancellation charge in the amount of 50% of the scheduled service. A card on file is required when scheduling any appointment.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee will be forfeited. An additional booking fee will be required to reschedule. Rescheduling will be based on current availability. Please note that being late will delay all other client’s appointments after yours. Please be kind and respectful of this.

  • Long Live the Brow has the right to refuse service to anyone.
